New Strategic Framework Released by National Coalition
February 3, 2022. The National Coalition for Hospice and Palliative Care is releasing a new Strategic Plan highlighting its’ new mission, vision and goals for the next three years. The Coalition’s 13 member organizations are committed to working together to advance health equity, improve quality and advocate for improved serious illness care for all those that need it.
This new strategic framework highlights the Coalition’s new mission to improve the care of people with serious or life-limiting illnesses by convening the field, advocating for equitable policies and improved health outcomes, establishing best practices, and sharing resources.
