Coalition members are the leaders in the interdisciplinary hospice and palliative care field through demonstrated advocacy, payment, quality, research, and workforce initiatives and other activities.

 

Being a member of the Coalition means that your organization works and collaborates with others to create a united voice to find solutions to problems that challenge the field – policy changes, payment models, quality standards/measurements, guidelines, research advocacy and more.

 

Our Coalition members work together to create and shape policy, engage key policymakers and share information and resources. Every member of the Coalition is critical to our collective impact and voice.

Member Organizations

Our Coalition membership represents providers and the interdisciplinary team (IDT) in the hospice and palliative care field who work in multiple settings to improve serious illness care that includes: 

  • 4500+ Hospice providers

  • 3000+ Palliative Care providers

  • Physicians, Physician Assistants, Researchers

  • Nurses (Advance Practice, RN, LPN, CNA)

  • Professional Chaplains

  • Social Workers

  • Pharmacists, Other allied professionals
