Our Partnerships

The NCHPC recognizes the importance of partnerships in advancing health care goals and initiatives that improve the care of people living with serious or life-limiting illnesses. As a result, the NCHPC partners with other leaders and/or members of several national public policy initiatives. No single organization can achieve the progress necessary to improve serious illness care for all across the lifespan, and our collaborative partnerships play a key role in improving health outcomes, creating quality standards, and advocating for health policy changes.
