2024 Virtual Conference: Empowering Through Transitions
Though we are unable to meet in person, we’re excited to bring the only national conference for hospice and palliative care social workers back for 2024! Like our annual assemblies, our 2024 event will feature leading research, innovative clinical practices, educational strategies, and case narratives from clinicians, researchers, and leaders in hospice and palliative care.
Our conference sessions will include discussions on caregiving, clinical interventions and practice, pediatrics, equity, accessibility, policy, ethics, grief, bereavement, and more.
You can register for either Friday or Saturday, or you can choose to attend both days of the conference.
Reduced rates are available for students and those who do not need CE credit.
Up to 9 continuing education (CE) credits will be offered to social workers who attend live
