The National Coalition for Hospice and Palliative Care has developed a comprehensive set of legislative and regulatory recommendations for the new Biden Administration and the new 117th Congress. These recommendations lay out the policy agenda for the Coalition for the coming Congressional term and for the incoming Biden Administration and new officials at the Department of Health and Human Services. The Coalition looks forward to working with the Biden Administration and the 117th Congress on tackling the challenges posed by COVID-19 and in improving the access and quality of serious illness care for all Americans, especially the most vulnerable and the most severely impacted.
